E’ importante precisare che questa area del portale non è un ambiente di apprendimento online vero e proprio.
MUSINET infatti ha la finalità di sviluppare un modello di formazione per l’autoproduzione di musica elettronica in rete e di creare prodotti immediatamente fruibili e trasferibili attraverso la rete. Lo sviluppo di una piattaforma di apprendimento esula pertanto dagli obiettivi del progetto stesso.
Quest’area di lavoro, come indicato, ha specificatamente la finalità di facilitare l’accesso ai materiali agli studenti e ai docenti delle scuole che partecipano alla sperimentazione e alla validazione dei percorsi formativi di MUSINET ed è stata creata osservando alcuni principi canonici dell’interfaccia: usabilità, consistenza, controllo dell’utente, integrità estetica.

Resta inteso che, i moduli formativi (attualmente fruibili tramite lo scaricamento in off-line sul PC dell’utente) potrebbero essere pensati e utilizzati in scenari di apprendimento online nell’ambito di un ambiente virtuale vero e proprio.

It is important to specify that this area of the portal is not a "real" on line learning environment. The MUSINET project in fact has the purpose to develop a learning model for the web music self production and to create resources immediately usable and transferable through the Net. The development of a platform of learning is not included among the objects of the project.

This work-area, like indicated, has specifically the purpose to facilitate the access to the materials to the students and the teacher of the schools that participate to the experimentation and the assessment of the MUSINET learning paths and it has been created observing some canonical principles of the interface: usability, consistency, control of the user, aesthetic integrity.

It goes without saying that, the learning modules (currently usable through the downloading in off-line mode on the PC of the user) could be thought and utilised within a true virtual learning environment.
